At WIBRNT, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, transparent, and secure manner. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.

1.    Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
• During high-volume periods such as sales, launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.


2.    Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines (business days only):

• Metro Cities: 4–7 working days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 6–9 working days.
• Remote & Rural Areas: Up to 12 working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or other logistical issues beyond our control.
 


3.    Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
• WIBRNT may offer free shipping during select promotions, which will be communicated on the website.
 


4.    Payment & Delivery Mode

• WIBRNT does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• All orders must be fully prepaid at the time of checkout using available online payment methods.
• Orders will only be dispatched after successful payment confirmation.


5.    Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

A delivery may fail due to the following reasons:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
• Unreachable contact number or customer unavailability.
• Refusal to accept the order.
• Restricted or non-serviceable delivery area.

Courier partners typically make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to origin (RTO). In such cases, forward shipping charges may be deducted from the refund, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


6.    Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. WIBRNT will not be liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


7.    Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier partner’s system.


8.    Ownership & Risk Transfer

Ownership of the product and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the provided shipping address. Any claims for missing or damaged packages marked as delivered must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


9.    Returns & Reverse Pickup

• Reverse pickup is subject to service availability at your location.
• If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product back.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Refunds are processed only after quality checks at our warehouse.
• Shipping costs incurred during self-shipping are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• WIBRNT reserves the right to modify shipping partners or delivery timelines without prior notice.
• This Shipping Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of changes.
