In case you have received a faulty item from our end, please reach out to our support team at +91 63775-24035 via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the order. No claims regarding faulty items will be processed after 48 hours.
This Return & Refund Policy is drafted in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, 2020. This policy applies to all kinds of wear and apparel sold under the WIBRNT brand.
1. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only in case of:
• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong product delivered
• Size issue(if exchange is unavailable)
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
The video must start before opening the sealed package and clearly show the product, tags, and issue (if any).
⚠️Return requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Product Condition for Return
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, free of any Odour and unworn,
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
- Product must be free from any odor or damage
All returned products undergo a quality check.
WIBRNT reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Rejected items will be shipped back to the customer.
4. Return Process
Customers must share:
• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Clear product photos
• Mandatory unboxing video
Once approved:
• Reverse pickup will be arranged depending on PIN code and area serviceability
• If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product and bear the shipping charges.
📌 Note: A flat ₹100 logistics fee (shipping, handling, and processing) will be deducted during the refund process.
5. Exchanges
- All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges will not be accepted if the brand tag or accessories are removed.
- A reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, the customer will be responsible for sending the item back to our return address.
- Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
- Any issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for prompt assistance.
6. Reverse Pickup Policy
Reverse pickup availability depends on location and logistics partner coverage.
WIBRNT reserves the right to decide the return mode.
Failed pickup attempts (Max. to 3 times) may require self-shipping by the customer.
7.Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after successful quality inspection.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund processing time is 10–15 business working days.
No credit points, wallet balance, or store credits are offered.
💳 A flat ₹100 logistics fee (shipping, handling, and processing) will be deducted from the final refund amount.
8. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:
• Unboxing video is missing.
• Product is used, washed, or damaged from customer end after delivery.
• Return request is raised after 7 days.
• Improper return packaging.
• Minor color variations due to screen differences.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation before dispatch may be accepted at WIBRNT’s discretion.
10. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction
This policy complies with Indian consumer protection laws.
All disputes shall be subject to Udaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction only.

Any return or refund request initiated via Instagram must comply with this policy, including mandatory unboxing video and order verification. Final approval will be subject to internal review by WIBRNT.
